RJ Wagner - Actor


RJ was born in Long Beach, California. He attended Loretto Heights College in Denver where he received a BFA in Music Theatre. After college he went on to work for the Walt Disney Company, as well as work for Reg Grundy Productions on the Game Shows Scrabble (Chuck Woolery) and Scattergories (Dick Clark). He also studied at Harvey Lembeck Comedy Workshop and The Groundlings in Los Angeles. 


RJ took a hiatus from the industry from 1996-2004. Since 2005, RJ has starred in a wide variety of Film and Stage productions. Recent Film Credits include: The Boardinghouse Reach (Supporting), Still Pitching (Supporting), The Social Dilemma (Featured), MENver (Supporting), Compromised (Supporting), Undercard (Lead), Turn Around (Lead), Earthrise (Lead), Terror Tales: By Proxy (Supporting), Monster (Lead), Crash & Burn Stories (Lead), ENOS (Lead), A Revolver for a Romantic (Lead), Sirens (Lead), The Cylinder (Supporting), Two Secrets (Supporting), Dear Eleanor (Featured), Hans Crippleton: Talk to the Hans (Supporting) and Multiplayer (Supporting). Favorite Stage Credits include: Edward in Honor Killing, Charlie Cowell in The Music Man, Slank & Alf in Peter and the Starcatcher, Jay Langhart/Joseph Cursa in Saturday Night Fever, El Gallo in The Fantastics, Sancho Panza in Man of La Mancha, Brad in Rocky Horror Show, Norbert Garstecki in The Great American Trailer Park Musical

RJ is not only the owner of Slippery Slope Productions, but he is also one of the talented performers that help solidify their catch phrase..."Where Smiles Are Inevitable". Founded in 2005, Slippery Slope Productions provides a wide variety of entertainment. As owner, RJ has also created workshops for aspiring actors and dancers. His most notable workshop was back in 2011 with Tony Award winning Broadway Star KAREN OLIVO and International Choreographer SERGIO MEJIA.
